Contact form. When you send us a message, we collect your name, email address, phone number, organization and the message you write.
Quote request form. When you request a quote, we collect your name, email address, phone number and organization, along with the details of your event: the type of event, date, location, expected attendance, the services you are interested in, your budget range and anything else you choose to tell us.
Technical information. When you submit a form, we record the IP address it was sent from. Like most websites, our web servers also keep standard logs of requests, which include the IP address, browser type, the pages requested and the date and time.

Fields marked as required on our forms are needed so that we can respond to you. Everything else is optional.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information you provide to reply to your inquiry, prepare and send quotes, plan and deliver the campaigns you ask us about, and keep records of our communications with you. LABUSA, which hosts and manages the site, processes submissions on our behalf so that they reach us, and keeps the site running and secure. We may also disclose information when the law requires it, or to protect the rights, property or safety of Water Boys Media, our clients or others.

Cookies

The site does not set cookies for visitors, and it does not use analytics, advertising or tracking tools. If we add any in the future, we will update this policy first.

How Long We Keep Information

We keep inquiry and quote information for as long as we need it to respond to you, to carry out any work we agree on, and to keep reasonable business records. Web server logs are kept for a limited time for security and troubleshooting.

Data Security

The site is served over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection, and access to submissions is limited to the people who need it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, however, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your Choices

You may ask us what personal information we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing info@waterboysmedia.com. We will respond within a reasonable time.
